At Nery Couture we strive to create the highest quality of dancewear and custom made dance costumes.  Although we would like all our customers to be happy with their orders, we understand there might be situations where you might consider an exchange or refund.

We do not accept returns, only exchanges.

Conditions for exchanges are as follows:

1- Exchanges apply only to size changes of same style and color.

2- Item must not have been worn or soiled. Item must be in original condition          and packaging. 

3-  Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and prepaid shipping        back to customer. (If prepaid label is not included with exchange, customer          will be invoiced prior to us processing the exchange)

4- Exchanges will only be approved if items have not been worn or soiled.              Items  returned for exchange must be unused and in new condition with a            copy of the original proof of purchase/receipt

5- Only items that are defective or damaged due to our error will be replaced.

6- We reserve the right to make the final decision in all exchange matters. 

7- Partial refunds may be an option depending on condition of item or error on        our part.  Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for        reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.

8- Items must be returned within 14 days from the day it was delivered to                customer in order to be considered for an exchange.  Item must be                      accompanied by original receipt and shipping information.

9- FINAL SALE ITEMS: (no exchanges or refunds)                                                          1- CUSTOM ITEMS OR SEMI CUSTOM ITEMS                                                    2- ACCESORIES AND / OR EMBELISHMENTS                                                  3- GIFT CARDS

SUGGESTION:   If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider                                    using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping                                    insurance.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your                                      returned item.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the decision on your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchanged will be processed

Late or missing refunds (if applicable on certain exchanges) 
If you haven’t received a refund after 20 days, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company.  
Unfortunatelly, sometimes there are delays throughout the process.
